Question #1We have already made arrangements at another funeral home.  Can we change our minds and use another funeral home?
Answer:Your pre-arranged funeral belongs to you.  You're pre-arranged funeral policy can be transferred to any funeral home you wish through a simple process.  We would be happy to talk with you in more detail about this.

Question #2I'm going to be cremated.  Do I have to be embalmed?
Answer:No.  You do not have to be embalmed if you're going to be cremated.  The only case that would require embalming would be if you are going to have a public viewing of the deceased prior to cremation.

Question #3Can I have a full service in your chapel or church if I am going to be cremated?
Answer:Yes.  We have many options available to you.  For instance, you could have a full traditional service in our chapel with the body present and have the visitation the night before, or you could have the cremation with a memorial service following and the urn present, or any type of service you would desire. Cremation does not take the place of a service, Cremation is a means of final disposition like burial.
